We're Asking Congress: Use BP Fines to Restore the Gulf
Today, Save Our Shores! Florida signed-on to a letter to Congress asking them to ensure fines issued to BP under the Clean Water Act are used to restore the Gulf of Mexico and communities affected by last year's Deepwater Horizon disaster.
Other groups already on-board with us include the Ocean Conservancy, West Marine, Berkley Fishing, IGFA, Audubon of Mississippi, Louisiana Bucket Brigade, The Billfish Foundation, and the Snook Foundation. Other groups can sign-on to the letter by contacting tmarshall@oceanconservancy.org
